BP COAT 4112 :
BP COAT 4112 is a specially formulated parting and cleaning agent for Green sand Mold. This product contains a blend of Aromatic & Organic Solvent with High Density Polymeric compound as base material. The Presence of Polymeric compound releases a thin film on the interface between Mold and pattern and helps to control the sand sticking on pattern and also minimizes the chances of Mold Break.

BP COAT 4111 :
BP COAT 4111 is a specially formulated parting and cleaning agent for Resin bonded sand core. This product contains a blend of Organic solvents with Aromatic Hydrocarbon as base material. The Presence of Aromatic Hydrocarbon releases a thin film on the interface between Core and pattern and helps to control the sand sticking on pattern and also minimizes the chances of Core Break. It is well suited to be sprayed on the pattern of Cold Box core

BP COAT 4113 :
BP Coat 4113 is a specially formulated parting and cleaning agent for Resin Bonded Sand core. This is water based product with silicon emulsion as base material. The Presence of silicon emulsion releases a thin film on the interface between core and pattern and helps to control the sand sticking on pattern and also minimizes the chances of core Break. It is well suited to be sprayed on the pattern of Shell core.

A low friction assembly aid containing high sliding characteristic, energetic mixture, specifically formulated for pre-treatment of components, which operates continuously at high temperature.
